Holistic therapy is an approach to treatment that helps clients heal by taking the entire being and all their experiences into consideration for assessment and treatment purposes. Wellness is a way of life oriented toward optimal health and well- being, in which body, mind, and spirit are integrated to provide a balanced life.
Most problems do not occur in a vacuum. They are often linked to, or made worse by, other variables. At Foundation we believe in looking at the whole picture and then we work collaboratively with our clients to find solutions that will offer meaningful and sustaining results.
